Hello region E collegiates!
I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far – depending on where you are it may be a very warm one at that. Many of you have internships, or are taking classes, working, or doing some interesting travel. I want to say again that I’ve so enjoyed working with all of you this past year, and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish this next year. The collegiate leadership forum (CLF) is taking place in San Francisco, CA this summer and will be held from August 12-15th. After attending this, I will hopefully get more insight and ideas on how better to represent you wonderful ladies as RCCE of this region.
To update you all on what I am doing:
I am currently interning at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD for the second consecutive summer. I work in mechanical design (appropriate, as I am ME) and 3D modeling.
Enjoy the rest of your summer, and I will see some of your at the WE10 this fall!
